  • 500 ml of milk
  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 35 g of powdered sweetener (or alternatively 70 g of normal sugar)
  • 7 g of agar


    1. First, pour the milk into a saucepan, add the powdered sweetener (or sugar) and the agar and mix adequately with a hand whisk.
    2. Now turn on the heat and, stirring constantly, cook over medium heat , add the dark chocolate, then continue to mix until it boils .
    3. Now turn off the stove, transfer the cream obtained into a deep plate or glass baking dish (whichever shape you prefer) and stir it gently to eliminate any air bubbles.
    4. Finally place in the refrigerator for 3 hours to firm up , at the end turn the dessert onto a tray or flat plate, cut it into slices and enjoy it.
