Ingredients

  • 150 g of plain yogurt
  • 140 g of flour (whatever you want)
  • 1 apple peeled and grated
  • 2 teaspoons of stevia sweetener (or alternatively 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • a drizzle of oil for the pan

Preparation

  1. To start, break the egg into a bowl, add the sweetener (or honey or syrup) and beat the ingredients adequately with a hand whisk.
  2. Now add the pinch of salt, the peeled and grated apple and the yogurt and mix well using the spatula.
  3. Sift and integrate the flour previously mixed with the yeast, then mix to obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture .
  4. Finally, pour a drizzle of oil into a non-stick pan, insert a few spoonfuls of dough at a time (depending on the capacity of your pan),
  5. Shape to give it a round shape typical of fritters (or pancakes) and leave to cook on both sides until to gilding . Continue like this until the dough is finished.

Once ready, bring them to the table and enjoy them as is or accompanied by a teaspoon of light jam, protein spread, fresh fruit or simple yogurt!
