Oreo Protein Shake

A delicious Oreo protein shake, you don’t have to go to the mall to buy it, since you can do it yourself at home.

For this recipe use skim milk but you can use water to save about 100 calories approx.

4 Oreo thin cookies (the thin ones) are equivalent to 24 grams and have 114 calories

200 ml of skimmed milk 90 calories (it is better to use coconut or almond milk, which have fewer calories)
The ice cream I use is Halo Top brand, which has 35 calories per tablespoon. If they don’t get it, they can use any other side since it is a very small amount.

The protein scoop is optional, but whether to build muscle or on a low-fat diet for definition, it provides more nutrients.

How to make Oreo protein shake

Oreo Protein Shake

You will need:

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 8 Oreo cookies cut in half
  • 1 cup of milk (250 ml)
  • 4 tsp chocolate syrup

What You Have To Do

1. Cool the glasses in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to prevent your shake to melt so quickly.

2. Add chocolate syrup inside glasses.

3. Put the vanilla ice cream, Oreo cookies and milk into a blender.

4. Blend all ingredients until the Oreo cookies are completely mixed with the milk and ice cream.

5. If you want to add a special touch, you can add crushed Oreo cookies on top of your shake.

Pour into a glass and you can add a little cream to decorate and one more oreo at the base
