  • 5 egg whites
  • 2 yolks
  • 30 g (one scoop) of Whey Protein
  • 30 g of Oat Flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 20 g yeast
  • a pinch of salt
  • a spoonful of honey
  • Orange or lemon zest
  • Sweetener (optional)


  1. First of all, we preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, beat the egg whites and yolks until stiff.
  3. In another bowl we will mix the rest of the ingredients except the honey, we mix them well and once we obtain a consistent dough, we will add the yolks and whites.
  4. We can add sweeteners if we have a very sweet tooth or some flavoring and thus achieve different flavors of the same dough.
