  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon aromatic herbs to taste
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. First peel the Chinese cabbage, chop it with a knife, place it in a bowl and keep it aside for a moment.

  3. Pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil into a non-stick pan, insert the red pepper cut into strips, cook for 3 minutes , add the sliced ​​onion, mix well, leave to cook for about 4 minutes , add the sugar, stir and turn off.
  4. Now add the sautéed vegetables to the Chinese cabbage, add the cucumber (after squeezing it a little with your hands to free it from the vegetation water), the bunch of green onions cut into slices and set aside for the moment.
  5. Pour the yogurt into a small bowl, add the dried tomatoes, aromatic herbs, mustard seeds, apple cider vinegar and the grated garlic clove, then mix until you obtain a thick sauce .
