Apple Almond Oatmeal Cookies Recipe: Try it yourself!

Ingredients

70 gr of oatmeal
30 g of coconut
30 g of peanuts
30 g almonds
20 g of dried cranberries
2 apples
0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
Just enough coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. First peel the apples, clean them by removing the core, cut them into cubes, place them in the blender jug and blend until they have the consistency of a puree.
  2. Add the almonds, peanuts, coconut and oat flakes and mix again to obtain a nice homogeneous mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the cinnamon and dried blueberries, and use a spatula to mix all the ingredients together.
  4. Once this is done, line a mould with special paper, spread the dough over it and level it out with the spatula.
  5. Finally, cut into slices and sprinkle with coconut flakes and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
