14 day diet lose 8 kilos meal plan

The Argentine doctor Máximo Ravenna, a specialist in nutrition and obesity treatment, recently wrote the book “More Life, Fewer Kilos”, in which he details a 14 day diet plan for sustainable weight loss that would allow you to lose up to 8 kilos in a month.

According to Clarín, men could lose between 8 and 10% of their weight per month, and women between 6 and 8%.

Day 1

Breakfast (B): Coffee with milk, 1 low-fat yogurt, 1 cup of cherries

Lunch (L): broth, green salad with lentils (3 tablespoons of lentils), 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 citrus juice

Snack (M): cut or broth, 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese

Dinner (C): vegetable broth, ¼ grilled chicken with oregano with broccoli and tomato salad, ½ pear with gelatin

Day 2

D: sliced or infused, 4 slices of cheese

A: vegetable broth, homemade hamburger garnished with green vegetables and tomato, 1 banana

M: broth, 1 cup fruit salad with 1 tablespoon spreadable cheese

C: broth, oregano filet with carrot salad, grated raw cabbage and a hard boiled egg white. Jelly with fruits

Day 3

D: cut or infused, 1 banana, 1 cup of milk or 1 skim yogurt

A: 1 cup of broth, sirloin on the plate with green leafy vegetables and tomato, 1 apple

M: broth or cut, 3 sheets of cheese

C: broth, salad of 6 kanikama with hearts of palm, a slice of pineapple and various salads (a small plate), 1 cup of strawberries

Day 4

D: cut, and a cup of milk with banana

A: vegetable broth, baked chicken, grated carrot, rocket and tomato salad. A citrus juice.

M: infusion with milk, 1 yogurt with 1 kiwi and gelatin

C: Broth, green leafy vegetable salad, 1 can natural tuna, 1 cup diet gelatin.

Day 5

D: infusion, 1 cup of milk, 1 yogurt with 2 small plums

A: Grilled salmon with coleslaw, 1 banana

M: broth with milk, 3 slices of turkey

C: broth, mustard loin with tomato and oregano, 1 citrus juice

Day 6

D: broth with milk, 4 slices lean cheese

A: broth, arugula salad, egg, cherry tomatoes with 3 tablespoons of brown rice and 1 hard-boiled egg white, 1 citrus juice

M: broth, 1 low-fat yogurt with 1 fresh plum

C: broth, small hake fillet with colorful salad, 1 glass of gelatin

Day 7

D: infusion, banana smoothie (1 cup milk and ½ banana)

A: Vegetable broth, green chicken with spinach and mushroom salad

M: Milk broth, 2 slices of sirloin and 2 slices of cheese

C: Vegetable broth, assorted vegetable salad with ½ can of natural tuna and 3 tablespoons of corn, 2 plums

Day 8

D: Coffee with milk, 4 thin slices of low-fat cheese

A: 1 cup of broth, small fried hake fillet with grated carrot and celery salad, 1 thin slice of pineapple with diet gelatin

M: 1 bouillon, 1 hard-boiled egg

C: broth, soy Milanese with a slice of mozzarella cheese and cabbage and tomato salad, 1 citrus fruit

Day 9

D: Coffee with milk, strawberry smoothie (1 cup milk and 1 cup strawberries)

A: broth, ½ grilled breast with 1 grilled eggplant and salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion and 1 hard-boiled egg white, 1 fresh fruit.

M: Coffee with milk, 1 low-fat yogurt

C: Vegetable soup, omelet (with 1 egg, 2 egg whites and 2 slices of cheese), with 1 small plate of spinach with hearts of palm, 1 fruit

Day 10

D: infusion with skim milk, 1 fresh fruit with diet gelatin

A: broth, grilled salmon and grilled vegetables, fruit salad

M: Coffee with milk, 4 pieces of mozzarella cheese

C: broth, noodles with broccoli (1 cup of noodles and 1 small plate of broccoli), tomato halved, light gelatin

Day 11

D: broth with skim milk, 1 fresh fruit and 1 yogurt

A: broth, mixed salad with 6 kanikama, 1 cup of diced melon and yogurt M: infusion, 1 banana

C: broth, tenderloin on the plate with green leaf and tomato salad, 1 portion of watermelon.

Day 12

D: Broth with skim milk, 1 cup of cherries A: Provençal chicken with celery, apple and hearts of palm salad (a small plate), diet gelatin

M: Banana smoothie (1 cup milk and 1 small banana)

C: Broth, Neapolitan eggplant with carrot, tomato and hearts of palm salad

Day 13

D: infusion with skim milk, 1 banana

A: vegetable broth, baked steak with a teaspoon of mustard and cucumber, radish, cherry tomato and onion salad (a small plate), 1 cup of light gelatin

M: broth with skim milk, 2 cheese rolls and 2 ham rolls

C: broth, tomato salad, hearts of palm, carrot, beetroot and 1 small can of natural tuna, 1 fresh fruit

Day 14

D: broth with skim milk, 1 yogurt with 1 kiwi

A: broth, raw mixed vegetable salad with ½ cup brown rice, ½ cup legumes and 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 citrus fruit

M: broth with skim milk, 3 slices of cooked ham, loin or pastrami

C: Broth, boneless chicken trutro with broccoli and tomato salad, 1 seasonal fruit.
