- Dinner: 200g fillet of beef, 200g broccoli, 2 pieces of rusk

- Dinner: 200g steamed chicken breast fillet, 2 pieces of rusks, 250g boiled cauliflower
Day 5
- Breakfast: 1 apple, 2 pieces of rusks, 50g sour cream
- Lunch: 1 orange, 4 rusks, 50 g sour cream
- Dinner: 200g steamed sea bream, 2 pieces of rusk, 300g broccoli
Day 6
- Breakfast: 1 orange, 4 rusks, 50 g sour cream

- Dinner: 200g salmon fillet, 2 pieces of toast , 2 tomatoes, 100g mixed salad
